The big meeting for bargain hunters on May 1st

Every May 1st, the esplanade des Goélands in Saint-Laurent-du-Var transforms into a vast flea market. The Puces Laurentines, organized by the Rotary Club, have become a must-attend event for bargain hunters in the west of Nice. Dozens of exhibitors, both private and professional, offer a wide range of items: furniture, tableware, clothing, books, trinkets, and curiosities of all kinds.

By the sea in Saint-Laurent-du-Var

The esplanade des Goélands benefits from an exceptional seafront location, facing the pebble beach and the Marina Baie des Anges. This maritime setting adds to the pleasure of bargain hunting, with visitors able to alternate between the stalls and a stroll along the coast. Saint-Laurent-du-Var, a residential town in the Nice metropolitan area, is easily accessible by tram and the coastal road.

A charitable event

The Puces Laurentines are above all a solidarity event. The registration fees for exhibitors and the profits from the event are donated to charitable associations supported by the Rotary Club. Bargain hunting at the Puces Laurentines means participating in a solidarity action. The refreshment stand and catering, run by Rotary volunteers, complete this convivial day.
