Creative hobbies and sewing market at the Trévoux village hall
The Trévoux village hall hosts the Puces des couturières et loisirs créatifs every spring, an event dedicated to lovers of sewing, knitting, embroidery, and textile crafts. Organized by Pascalema, this market brings together around forty exhibitors in a pleasant setting in the heart of this former capital of Dombes.
The Puces des couturières of Trévoux stand out for their specialization. Exhibitors offer a wide range of creative supplies: fabric remnants, embroidery threads, wool, old and new buttons, ribbons, trims, patterns, sewing books and magazines, second-hand sewing machines, and all the necessary materials for creative hobbies such as scrapbooking, fabric painting, or patchwork.
Trévoux, former capital of the principality of Dombes, offers a remarkable heritage setting with its medieval castle overlooking the Saône, its private mansions, and its parliament. Visiting the "puces couturières" is the ideal opportunity to discover this town with its rich historical heritage, located just 30 kilometers north of Lyon.
Registration is mandatory and can be done by email or phone with the organizer. The cost is €10 per table. Exhibitors set up from 8 am to 9 am, and the fair opens its doors to the public from 9 am to 5 pm. Entry is free for visitors.
