Lyon 7th arrondissement's great summer flea market, 22nd edition
For its 22nd edition, Plaisir de Chiner takes over Lyon's 7th arrondissement on Saturday 13 June 2026. Since 2005, this summer flea market has become one of the highlights for bargain hunters on the left bank of the Rhône. Each year, dozens of exhibitors – private sellers clearing out their cupboards or professional dealers – offer their finds in a friendly and festive atmosphere. Antique furniture, tableware, vintage clothing, books, vinyl records, trinkets and decorative objects: there is something for every taste and every budget.
Lyon's 7th arrondissement is one of the city's most vibrant and diverse districts. Located on the left bank of the Rhône, between La Guillotière and Confluence, it welcomes a student and cosmopolitan population in its many lively streets. The Guillotière market, one of Lyon's most colourful, and the proximity of the Rhône riverbanks make it a truly popular neighbourhood in the finest sense of the word. Plaisir de Chiner fits perfectly into this open, curious spirit that values giving objects a second life.
Metro line D (Saxe-Gambetta or Guillotière station). Tram T2 (Guillotière station). Bus lines 25, 37, C11. Easy access from the Presqu'île and the Rhône riverbanks.
