The 2025 edition of the Paunat car boot sale was held on Sunday, June 29th in the heart of the village, at the foot of the 11th-century Romanesque abbey church. Reserved for non-professionals, the event brought together individual sellers offering various items, clothing, and trinkets. Registrations were open until June 22nd. Refreshments and light catering were provided on-site in this charming Périgord Noir village.

On Sunday, June 29, 2025, the village of Paunat hosted its annual car boot sale, reserved for non-professionals, at the foot of the majestic Romanesque Saint-Martial abbey church. Visitors could hunt for treasures from 8 am to 6 pm among the stalls of individual sellers set up in the village streets.
This small village in the Périgord Noir, nestled between Limeuil and Le Bugue in the Dordogne valley, offered a remarkable heritage setting for this summer treasure hunting day. Mandatory registration, closed on June 22nd, allowed organizers to ensure the smooth running of the event. The refreshment stand and light catering on-site contributed to the friendly atmosphere.
The Paunat car boot sale will return in June 2026 at the foot of the abbey church. Bargain hunters and Romanesque heritage enthusiasts are invited to book their spot as soon as registration opens.
