Every year in March, the Maison Pour Tous (MPT) of Centre-Ville de Valence takes over the streets and squares of the Basse Ville for its spring festival. The event combines a car boot sale, participatory activities, and open-air shows, creating a warm and popular atmosphere in the heart of old Valence.

The spring festival offers an original format that goes beyond a simple car boot sale.
