Throughout 2025, the Monthly Car Boot Sale of Mazères has held its event on the first Sunday of each month in the medieval bastide of Bas-Ariège. These days, from 8 am to 5 pm, brought together private sellers and visitors in the historic streets of Mazères, a town founded by the Counts of Foix in the 13th century.

2025 Season Review
The Monthly Car Boot Sale of Mazères maintained its monthly rhythm throughout 2025, offering each first Sunday of the month a full day of treasure hunting (8 am-5 pm) in the streets and squares of this medieval bastide in Bas-Ariège. Twelve events thus punctuated the year, attracting private sellers and visitors.
The historic setting of Mazères—a 13th-century bastide with typical checkerboard streets, founded by the Counts of Foix—contributed to the charm of these monthly flea market days. Sellers offered everyday items, clothing, toys, books, and furniture in a friendly atmosphere of an Ariège village. The monthly car boot sale continues in 2026.
