On Sunday 26 April 2026, the Stade Georges Henri in Monteux, rue des Hortensias, hosts an unusual flea market co-organised with the city's motoball club. This pairing of thrifters and motor-sport fans gives the event its own identity in one of France's historic motoball capitals.

Monteux, a town of nearly 13,000 residents between Carpentras and Avignon, lives to the rhythm of the Comtat Venaissin: fireworks (the Ruggieri family's cradle), market gardening, original sporting traditions. Motoball, a spectacular mix of football and motorcycles, has been practised here for decades.
