Every June, the Champ de foire in Mauves-sur-Loire, located on rue de la Loire, hosts the town's annual car boot sale. This historically significant site – the fairgrounds were once the location for major seasonal markets where livestock and goods were traded – rediscovers its purpose in June as a gathering place for second-hand stalls.

Mauves-sur-Loire is a commune in Loire-Atlantique located on the north bank of the Loire River, about fifteen kilometers east of Nantes.
