The APE and the municipal library of Saint-Martin-de-Londres are organizing a second-hand book fair at the end of January. Novels, children's albums, comics, essays, and regional books are offered at low prices in this garrigue village in the heart of Pic Saint-Loup. A cultural and friendly event.
Saint-Martin-de-Londres (34380), a charming garrigue village nestled in the Lamalou valley at the foot of Pic Saint-Loup, hosts an annual second-hand book fair organized jointly by the APE (Parents' Association) and the municipal library. Novels, essays, children's albums, comic books, and regional works are offered at low prices. The event takes place at the end of January, offering book lovers a great opportunity to refresh their library.
A medieval village with narrow streets and Roman tile roofs, Saint-Martin-de-Londres has remarkable heritage: the 11th-century Romanesque church, the priory, and the arcaded square make it one of the most photographed villages in the Hérault. Surrounded by fragrant garrigues, vineyards of Pic Saint-Loup, and limestone cliffs, the village lives to the rhythm of the seasons and a dynamic associative life. The book sale is part of this living cultural tradition.
The book fair is open from Saturday to Sunday and admission is free. Books are sold at symbolic prices, making reading accessible to everyone. It is also an opportunity to discover the municipal library and the cultural activities offered by the APE throughout the school year.
The second-hand book fair organized by the APE and the municipal library returns on January 31 and February 1, 2026, in Saint-Martin-de-Londres. Free admission.
