Spring car boot sale in the medieval village of Laroque on the banks of the Hérault
The Laroque car boot sale is held in this medieval village perched on the banks of the Hérault, between Ganges and the gorges of the Hérault. Over 100 private sellers offer clothes, toys, books, and various items from 7 am to 2 pm in an exceptional heritage setting.
Laroque (34190), a fortified village clinging to the cliff on the banks of the Hérault, offers a spectacular setting for its spring car boot sale. The cobbled streets, stone houses, and the Château des Roquefeuil overlook the turquoise river. Over 110 sellers set up their stalls in the village and on the Rue du Mazet from 7 am to 2 pm. Clothes, toys, books, crockery, and trinkets are bartered in a preserved village atmosphere.
Former fief of the lords of Roquefeuil, Laroque is a village of character overlooking the clear waters of the Hérault. The terraced cultivation terraces on the slope, the vaulted passageways, and the hanging gardens bear witness to a millennia-old building art. Its proximity to the Gorges de l'Hérault and the Cirque de Navacelles makes it a popular holiday destination. The car boot sale is one of the highlights of village life, bringing together residents and visitors in a friendly atmosphere.
The Laroque car boot sale takes place on two spring dates: March 29 and April 5, 2026. Entry is free for visitors. Pitches are open to private sellers exclusively. Bargain hunting often extends to a walk along the Hérault or a visit to the old village.
The Laroque car boot sale returns on Sundays, March 29 and April 5, 2026, from 7 am to 2 pm in the medieval village. 110 sellers, free entry.
