Each spring, the Comité des Fêtes of La Roche-Chalais organizes a large car boot sale at the Foyer Rural of Saint-Michel-de-Rivière. This hamlet in the commune of La Roche-Chalais, nestled in the forest of La Double, hosts between 100 and 200 exhibitors — individuals and professionals — for a day of treasure hunting, flea market finds, and local crafts.
