Car boot sale of La Roche-Chalais

On Sunday, April 20, 2025, the Foyer Rural of Saint-Michel-de-Rivière hosted the annual car boot sale of La Roche-Chalais. Organized by the Comité des Fêtes, this event brought together between 100 and 200 exhibitors in the village hall square and its surroundings.

Treasure hunters browsed the car boot sale, flea market, and local craft stalls, finding crockery, trinkets, clothes, toys, and various items. The free pitches for exhibitors encouraged a wide and varied offering. Refreshments and food, provided by the fête committee volunteers, accompanied this friendly day in the hamlet of the forest of La Double.
