About Anglès Wardrobe Sale

Every autumn, La Souque d'Anglès turns into a temple of second-hand fashion for one Sunday. In the heart of the Haut-Languedoc natural park, this indoor wardrobe sale features 65 covered stalls, inviting visitors to hunt for clothes, accessories and rare finds in a cosy setting between the Black Mountain and the Lacaune Highlands.

A fashion rendezvous in a characterful village

Anglès, a small village perched at 750 m in the Lacaune Mountains, hosts the wardrobe sale organised by La Souque d'Anglès, a well-known local antiques and flea-market depot. The event on Sunday 11 October 2026 offers 65 covered stalls of 2 linear metres each, a format both friendly and well-sized.

What to expect

Think of it as a giant indoor wardrobe swap: clothing for adults and children, shoes, bags, belts, scarves, costume jewellery, hats, vintage accessories and premium second-hand pieces. Wool, loden and tweed items shine especially in this mid-mountain region.

A setting between lake and forest

Anglès borders the Laouzas reservoir and spreads its beech woods and pastures across the Haut-Languedoc regional nature park. The wardrobe sale pairs nicely with a lakeside walk, a stop at a Lacaune charcuterie producer, or a stroll through the village's fountain and medieval icehouse.

On Sunday 11 October 2026, La Souque d'Anglès reopens for its annual indoor wardrobe sale. 65 two-metre stalls are available at €8 each, up to 3 per seller. Refreshments on site. Registration is compulsory with the organiser.
