The car boot sale at the Boulodrome de Pugnac

Twice a year, the Boulodrome de Pugnac, located on Chemin de Charpentier, hosts a car boot sale that brings together around 70 private exhibitors. This spring and summer event is eagerly awaited by bargain hunters from Bourgeais and Haute Gironde. The stalls offer a wide variety of second-hand items: clothes, toys, books, crockery, trinkets, small appliances, and decorative objects.

Pugnac, a village in Bourgeais

Pugnac is a commune of about 2,500 inhabitants located in Bourgeais, halfway between Saint-André-de-Cubzac and Bourg-sur-Gironde. The village is set in a landscape of vineyards and wooded hills, offering a pleasant living environment. The boulodrome, the village's sports and community center, transforms for the occasion into a friendly flea market, with easily accessible parking.

Two events per year

The originality of the Pugnac car boot sale lies in its double annual programming: a spring edition in April and a summer edition in June. This frequency allows bargain hunters to return regularly and exhibitors to offer different items from one session to the next. The atmosphere is family-friendly and relaxed, with refreshments and food provided by volunteers.
