The Maxi Car Boot Sale of Octan de Mureth, 20 years of conviviality north of Muret

Since 2007, the Octan de Mureth association has organized a large car boot sale every year, which has become one of the unmissable events of local life in Muret. For its 20th edition in 2026, the Maxi Car Boot Sale will take place around Square Monzon, at the northern entrance of Muret, at 4 rue du Maréchal Lyautey. This open and well-served area can accommodate up to 200 exhibitors and a large public from all over the south of the Toulouse agglomeration.

The event is exclusively reserved for individuals: no professional sales, which guarantees the authentic spirit of the car boot sale. Exhibitors offer clothing, toys, books, crockery, small furniture, tools, vinyl records, trinkets, and objects of all kinds. Vendor check-in starts at 6 a.m., and the market remains open until 6 p.m., offering a wide time range for early birds and afternoon strollers alike.

Octan de Mureth is a dynamic local association that contributes to the animation of the northern district of Muret. The profits from the car boot sale are reinvested in the association's activities and neighborhood projects. Registration is primarily done through the HelloAsso platform, but a paper form is also available by mail.
