Olargues (34390), classified among the Most Beautiful Villages in France, offers a spectacular medieval setting for the car boot sale organized by the L.O.C.A. association. On the forecourt of the multi-purpose hall, about forty exhibitors set up their stalls at the foot of the 12th-century bell tower and the steep alleys of the old town. Clothes, toys, books, crockery, and trinkets are bartered in a preserved village atmosphere, between the song of the Jaur and the shade of the chestnut trees.
