Car boot sale at the Saint-Fiacre chapel in Tréffiagat (29730), every July, in an exceptional rural setting in the Bigouden region
Every July, the Saint-Fiacre chapel in Tréffiagat (29730) and its surroundings host the Puces de la Saint-Fiacre, a rural car boot sale of rare authenticity. This popular event brings together private sellers and visitors in an exceptional natural setting, around this rural chapel characteristic of the Breton heritage of the Bigouden region.
The Saint-Fiacre chapel, located on Rue de la Chapelle in Tréffiagat, is one of those jewels of Breton rural religious heritage that you discover at the end of a hollow lane. Surrounded by green spaces, it offers an ideal bucolic setting for this open-air car boot sale. The space available around the chapel allows for large 5m x 5m pitches to be offered to exhibitors (price: €10), large enough to park your vehicle directly on the pitch – a very practical advantage for unloading and reloading. Tables are also available for rent for €4.
Les Puces de la Saint-Fiacre would not be what they are without their festive refreshment stand offering local specialties: grilled sardines, sausages, fries, and crepes – all flavors that contribute to the warm and friendly atmosphere of the day. The event is open to visitors from 10 am to 6 pm, and entry is free for everyone.
