Monthly professional flea market at the foot of the cathedral
Les Puces Amiénoises take place on Saturday 19 September 2026 at the Jardin Dufau, at the foot of Amiens' Notre-Dame Cathedral. This monthly professional flea market, organised by Amiens Métropole, gathers around twenty qualified antique dealers in one of the Somme's most beautiful urban settings. Hours 8am-5pm, free entry. A quality rendezvous for collectors and antiques lovers.
Launched by Amiens Métropole to showcase the historic heart of the Picard prefecture, Les Puces Amiénoises are held one Saturday per month from April to November. The September 2026 edition is on Saturday 19th, from 8am to 5pm, at the Jardin Dufau. The event targets enthusiasts of professional brocante and demanding bargain hunters looking for quality pieces in an exceptional setting.
The Jardin Dufau is located right at the foot of Amiens' Notre-Dame Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This formal park offers a peaceful, shaded escape to visitors who can stroll between the stands while admiring the largest Gothic cathedral in France. The experience is unique: browsing with eyes lifted to the towers and the spire reaching 112 metres.
Unlike Amiens' great popular réderies, Les Puces Amiénoises bring together about twenty exclusively professional dealers. Antiques specialists, militaria experts, horologists, vintage postcard and ephemera merchants: the selection ensures a high qualitative level. The pieces on offer span several centuries and varied fields — furniture, paintings, ceramics, jewellery, lighting, folk art and curios.
Use your visit to explore Amiens and its treasures: the Notre-Dame Cathedral of course, but also the Saint-Leu district with its canals and colourful houses, the Hortillonnages by boat, Jules Verne's House and the Picardie Museum. The city offers varied dining, from traditional bistro to Michelin-starred restaurant. Paris is only 1h05 away by direct TGV.
