Brocante, house clearances and blacksmithing demonstration, on May 8th in the Vexin
Each May 8th, Le Heaulme organises its annual brocante combining house clearances and a live blacksmithing demonstration. The village hall and surroundings welcome 50 to 100 private vendors, from 7 AM to 6 PM. Refreshments and catering on site in this French Vexin village (95640). Free admission.
Le Heaulme is a small village of the French Vexin in Val-d'Oise (95640), close to Marines and Chars. The annual brocante on May 8th β Victory Day β is one of its anticipated local traditions, combining house clearances and second-hand sales in a bucolic setting.
The event is held at the village hall on Grande Rue. Between 50 and 100 private vendors display furniture, household objects, clothing and various curiosities. One of the unique features of this brocante is a live blacksmithing demonstration, adding a heritage and craft dimension to the day.
