AMPHIBAVI, an Ardèche Collectors' Club

AMPHIBAVI (Amicale Philatélique du Bas-Vivarais) is a collectors' association founded and based in Ardèche, in the region of Aubenas, Vals-les-Bains, and Labégude. The club brings together enthusiasts and passionate collectors of multiple items: stamps from around the world (from classics to modern issues), coins and banknotes (from ancient coins to contemporary euros), old postcards and photographs (CPA), minerals, precious stones, and meteorites, certified archaeology, champagne caps and corks, phone cards and advertising items, old papers and documents, and many other specialties.

In addition to the annual fair, AMPHIBAVI organizes monthly fairs on the first Sunday of each month (except January and July) at the Salle des Fêtes in Labégude, from 9 AM to 1 PM, with free admission. These regular meetings allow local and regional collectors to meet, exchange, buy, and sell in an atmosphere of shared passion. The fair is also an opportunity for non-exhibiting collectors to have their items appraised by specialists present on-site, to complete their collections, or to find new passions. The atmosphere is both professional and accessible: the club's experts are happy to explain, guide, and advise curious novices. It is one of the few events in the region to bring together so many collecting disciplines under one roof.
