The Boulzacaise association organizes its annual car boot sale in Pouzac, a peaceful commune nestled between the Tarbes plain and the first Pyrenean foothills. The event attracts treasure hunters from the region, looking for bargains in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Pouzac is a village of character with around 1,150 inhabitants, known for its two bell towers rising above the rooftops. Located just a few kilometers from Bagnères-de-Bigorre, the spa town, Pouzac is part of the Haute-Bigorre community of communes. Its territory of 7.5 km², between 486 and 753 meters altitude, is covered with agricultural areas, forests and meadows. A place steeped in history as it was here, in 28 BC, that Valerius Messala won the decisive victory over the Campani.
