Entry was free for visitors.
On Saturday, June 7, 2025, the Salle du Laminoir in Decazeville hosted the Journée Shadows, a charitable and festive event organized by the association Shadow's Live A Dream from Capdenac-Gare. From 7 am, the aisles of the Laminoir filled with car boot sale and flea market stalls, offering vintage items, vinyl records, clothing, trinkets, and garage sale finds in a carefully staged retro atmosphere.
On the forecourt of this former industrial hall on avenue du 10 Août, a gathering of American motorcycles and cars attracted curious onlookers and enthusiasts, while a pétanque competition enlivened the afternoon in good spirits. In the evening, a live concert made the hall vibrate until late at night, extending this day dedicated to solidarity and rock'n'roll.
All profits from the event were donated to sick children and their families, in line with the mission of the association Shadow's Live A Dream, which works year-round to fund projects for hospitalized children.
