The Union Commerciale Rochettoise organises the Grande Brocante Vide-grenier in La Rochette, a major summer event in the Gelon valley. Around 200 sellers fill the place Giabiconi and surrounding streets of this charming little town nestled between the Bauges and Belledonne mountain ranges. From 6am to 4.30pm, bargain hunters enjoy a warm atmosphere for finding second-hand treasures in an authentic mountain setting.

Every first Sunday of July, the Union Commerciale Rochettoise brings the streets of La Rochette to life with its Grande Brocante Vide-grenier. Gathering nearly 200 sellers, this event is one of the largest in the Gelon valley, attracting visitors from across Savoie and neighbouring Isère.
Place Giabiconi, heart of the event
The place Giabiconi, the true nerve centre of La Rochette, hosts the main stalls. The market spills into the surrounding streets, creating a varied browsing experience. You'll find everything: antiques, vintage items, old crockery, retro clothing, second-hand books, toys, old tools, vinyl records and furniture.
La Rochette, a small town between Bauges and Belledonne
La Rochette is a charming little town in the Combe de Savoie, midway between Chambéry and Albertville. Overlooked by its medieval castle perched on a rocky outcrop, it provides a picturesque setting between the Bauges massif to the west and Belledonne to the east.
A day of good cheer
Doors open at 6am for early risers and the event runs until 4.30pm. A refreshment bar and food stalls are available throughout the day.
