Once a year, most often in autumn, the City of Neuilly-Plaisance offers its residents and all flea market enthusiasts a first-class event. The Grande Brocante, entirely organized by the municipality, usually transforms Avenue du Maréchal Foch — from the intersection of Place Jean Mermoz to Rue des Deux Communes — into a long pedestrian promenade lined with 300 exhibitors.

A high-quality municipal event

What distinguishes the Grande Brocante de Neuilly-Plaisance from other events of its kind is the direct involvement of the Neuilly-Plaisance Town Hall in its organization. In previous editions, the city handled logistics, offered a free valet service in front of the town hall, and set up a children's area at the market hall. Exhibitors received all necessary information by mail before the event.

300 exhibitors, private individuals and professionals

The Grande Brocante welcomed a mix of private and professional exhibitors — a total of approximately 300 stalls. One could find professional bargain hunters with their collector's items as well as individuals clearing out attics and garages. Antiques, old furniture, clothes, crockery, paintings, books, vinyls, antique toys, and trinkets of all kinds stood side by side along several hundred meters of the avenue.

Neuilly-Plaisance, a prime setting

Neuilly-Plaisance is a residential commune in the east of 93, bordered by the Marne to the north. Avenue du Maréchal Foch, its main artery, offers a pleasant and accessible setting. The town is served by the RER A (Neuilly-Plaisance station) and several bus lines.
