The Bio Fair of Longchaumois

Since 1999, the association Humeur Bio, based in Haut-Jura, has been promoting organic farming and organizing the Foire Éco-Bio de Longchaumois every autumn. This event has become a must-attend for lovers of organic products, local crafts, and alternative lifestyles.

Two days of exchange and discovery

The fair takes place over a weekend in October, usually during the All Saints' Day holidays. Around 50 exhibitors present their products and know-how: organic market gardeners, cheese makers, beekeepers, wood artisans, natural cosmetic manufacturers, environmental associations. It is a place for exchange, debate, and sharing around themes such as autonomy, ecological transition, and sustainable food.

Concerts and conviviality

On Saturday evening, concerts liven up the fair from 6 p.m., in a warm and festive atmosphere. Organic catering and refreshments are available throughout the weekend. The 2025 edition, the 23rd of its name, had autonomy as its theme.

A committed mountain setting

Longchaumois, a village in the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park, is an ideal location for this fair focused on ecology and respect for the environment. The Humeur Bio association, locally established for over 25 years, upholds values of peasant farming and short supply chains.
