The Foire des Vendanges de Mazères was held on September 14, 2025, in the medieval fortified town. Car boot sale in the town streets, exhibition of vintage cars and tractors, grape pressing and threshing demonstrations, local producers' market, and a convivial meal animated this day dedicated to the rural traditions of Ariège. The tractor parade in the late afternoon concluded the event on a high note.
On September 14, 2025, the fortified town of Mazères hosted its traditional Grape Harvest Fair. The streets of the old town once again echoed with the buzz of car boot sale exhibitors, while the Church square hosted a fine exhibition of vintage vehicles—tractors and classic cars side by side. The grape and apple pressing demonstrations, much appreciated by families and children, recalled the skills of previous generations.
The local producers' market offered wines, cheeses, and specialties from the Ariège region. The midday meal, served from 12:00 PM with a steak-fries-ice cream menu, brought together locals and visitors from all over the Ariège Lauragais. The day ended with the traditional tractor parade at 3:30 PM, greeted by applause from the public.
