The 2025 edition of the Foire aux Livres Anciens de Mortagne-sur-Gironde was held on Sunday, June 8th, on Place Parias, at the port of Mortagne. Review of the 2025 edition
On Sunday, June 8, 2025, Place Parias in the port of Mortagne-sur-Gironde hosted the Fair of Old and Second-Hand Books organized by ASLEM. Booksellers, second-hand booksellers, and individuals offered old books, rare editions, second-hand works, old papers, prints, postcards, vinyl records, CDs, and DVDs to visitors and collectors.
The exceptional setting of the port of Mortagne, between limestone cliffs, fishing huts, and the waters of the estuary, provided a unique backdrop for this day dedicated to books. Lovers of reading and collecting could browse the stalls in search of rare finds, in a relaxed and passionate atmosphere. ASLEM, true to its mission of promoting books, once again demonstrated the cultural vitality of Mortagne-sur-Gironde.
The 2026 edition is scheduled for June, still on Place Parias in the port of Mortagne.
