A quality fair for lovers of antiques and beautiful old objects.
On Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 June 2026, Vieux Lyon hosts its spring Antique Fair. In the cobbled lanes and inner courtyards of this unique historic district, carefully selected antique dealers and dealers display the best of their collections: 17th, 18th and 19th-century furniture, master paintings, ceramics and faience, silverware, antique jewellery, clocks, sculptures and art objects. This fair stands out for the quality of its exhibitors and the incomparable beauty of its setting, making Vieux Lyon one of the most prestigious antique venues in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
Vieux Lyon is one of the largest Renaissance urban ensembles in Europe. Its three districts – Saint-Jean, Saint-Paul and Saint-Georges – unfold along the right bank of the Saône in a remarkable fabric of loggias houses, inner courtyards and traboules, those covered passages that allowed the silk weavers to transport their silk sheltered from the weather. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1998, Vieux Lyon welcomes millions of visitors each year who come to admire its colourful facades, the Cathedral of Saint-Jean-Baptiste and its lanes where time seems to stand still. It is in this unique setting that the Antique Fair takes on its full dimension, combining the beauty of antique objects with the magnificence of an exceptional historic site.
