Annual grand flea market in June in the streets of Saint-Piat, a village in the Eure valley
The Foire à tout de Saint-Piat is a large annual flea market that takes over the streets and squares of this village in the Eure valley, not far from Chartres, every June. Private individuals and professionals offer furniture, clothing, toys, tableware, and objects of all kinds. The event enlivens the village center along several streets, offering a festive and friendly atmosphere to visitors.
Every year in June, Saint-Piat hosts its large annual flea market. The event takes over several streets of the village, notably Place Marcel Binet, Rue Verte, Place René Quantin, and Rue du Luxembourg, thus offering a large space for vendors in the heart of the village.
Private individuals and professionals offer a wide variety of items: antique furniture, tableware, clothing, toys, books, trinkets, and decorative items. The event, organized annually at the end of June, brought together around 120 vendors for the 2025 edition, which was held on June 22. For the 2026 edition, the market is scheduled for June 21.
Saint-Piat is a village of about 1,100 inhabitants in Eure-et-Loir, nestled in the Eure valley, between Maintenon and Chartres. It consists of the main village and two hamlets, Grogneul and Changé. Its location in the Eure valley, about ten kilometers southwest of Chartres, gives it a green and pleasant setting, enhanced by the presence of the Eure river and its bordering meadows.
The Foire à tout of Saint-Piat is distinguished by its location on several streets and squares of the village, which gives it an urban and festive dimension despite the small size of the commune. Visitors and passers-by can stroll from street to street, discover the vendors' stalls, and enjoy the lively atmosphere. The village's good accessibility from Chartres (less than 15 minutes) ensures a regular influx of flea market enthusiasts from the entire region.
