Foire à Tout de Colleville-Montgomery

A "Foire à Tout" on May 8th at the Stadium

The Foire à Tout de Colleville-Montgomery is held every year on May 8th, Victory Day, at the Stade Claude et Lucienne Legrand. This large sports field located at 45, rue les Petites Rues can accommodate between 200 and 300 exhibitors in a spacious and well-organized outdoor setting.

AJSCO, the Historic Organizer

The event is supported by AJSCO (Association Jeunesse Sportive Colleville Ouistreham), a local sports club formerly known as Jeunesse Sportive Collevillaise. The association has been organizing this "foire à tout" for over twenty-five years, making it one of the most established events in the life of the commune. Volunteers provide refreshments and food on-site.

Reserved for Private Sellers

This "foire à tout" is exclusively reserved for private sellers. Food vendors are not accepted. This rule ensures an authentic offering of everyday items: clothing, toys, books, tableware, trinkets, furniture, and collectibles, offered directly by their owners.

Colleville-Montgomery, Commune of the Landing

Colleville-Montgomery is a coastal commune in Calvados, famous for its role in the D-Day Landings of June 6, 1944. Sword Beach, where British and French forces landed, is part of the communal territory. The commune is named after General Montgomery, commander of the Allied ground forces. This historical memory permeates local life and attracts many visitors, especially around May 8th.
