Flea Market at the Canal Basin

Every year in July, the canal basin of Lamotte-Beuvron hosts its large flea market. With 160 exhibitors, this event is one of the most important of the summer in Sologne. Individuals and flea market vendors set up on the Esplanade des Sœurs Tatin for a day of popular treasure hunting.

Lamotte-Beuvron is considered the capital of Sologne. Known for its famous Tarte Tatin and its federal equestrian park, the town offers a pleasant setting along the Sauldre canal. The canal basin, landscaped and green, is an ideal location for this summer flea market.

A Popular and Friendly Market

The flea market offers everything: bric-a-brac, crockery, toys, clothes, tools, furniture, and unusual items. The pitch costs €2 per linear meter, no reservation required. Refreshments and food on site allow you to spend the day by the water in a festive atmosphere.
