Foire à la Brocante et aux Sabots de Buironfosse

Looking back at the 2025 edition

On Sunday, May 4, 2025, Buironfosse hosted its traditional Foire à la Brocante et aux Sabots in the village streets. Amateur and professional flea market sellers offered a wide selection of furniture, tableware, trinkets, and various objects to treasure hunters from all over Thiérache.

The entertainment paid tribute to the commune's clog-making tradition, perpetuating the memory of this artisanal know-how that made Buironfosse famous. Refreshments and food on-site completed this festive day in the heart of Thiérache, a rural area in the north of Aisne known for its fortified churches and agricultural heritage.
