The 39th Foire à la Brocante de Tournemire held its 2025 edition on Sunday, July 13th, and Monday, July 14th, continuing the uninterrupted tradition of this event since 1987. The stalls spread out along the 755 linear meters in front of the Tournemire-Roquefort SNCF station and the Avenue du Couvent, in this southern Aveyron village located at the foot of the Causse du Larzac.
On Sunday, July 13th, the flea market took place from morning until evening (allowed until 10 pm), followed by a sardinade meal hosted by DJ GM Music. On Monday, July 14th, the national holiday, festivities resumed at 8 am with a country breakfast (bacon and eggs), followed by an aperitif and roast chicken at noon. The flea market closed its doors around 6 pm.
Treasure hunters and lovers of antique objects could browse the stalls of professional and private dealers, looking for furniture, tableware, trinkets, tools, and curiosities, in the festive and warm atmosphere that characterizes this Aveyron fair. The refreshment stand, run by volunteers from the Comité des fêtes, remained open throughout the event.
