In the Île Marante neighborhood on the western edge of Colombes, the Association de l'Île Marante organizes its annual flea market each October. The event takes place at the junction of avenue de l'Île Marante, rue de Frankenthal and rue Robert Schuman — the symbolic heart of this residential, village-like district bordering the Seine.
The association, based at 8 allée de l'Île Marante in Colombes, is dedicated to community life in the neighborhood, organizing garden sharing projects, Halloween celebrations and Christmas window displays alongside its flagship flea market. The 2026 edition is scheduled for Sunday, October 15. Private sellers from the neighborhood and surrounding area bring furniture, décor, crockery, clothing, books, vinyl records and all the varied objects of Colombes home life.
