Flea Market and Plant Fair - Villebrumier

An original formula benefiting the firefighters

Nestled in the heart of the Tarn valley between Montauban and Villemur-sur-Tarn, the village of Villebrumier hosts each spring a particularly appreciated dual-themed event. The Villebrumier Firefighters Association organizes on the Town Hall square a flea market combined with a plant fair, a clever combination perfectly matching the spirit of the season. Proceeds support the firefighters' association activities.

From 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Villebrumier's Town Hall square transforms into a vast hunting area. Exhibitors, individuals from the village and neighboring communes, display a wide range of items: clothing, toys, games, books, comics, vinyl records, dishes, small furniture, decoration, tools and appliances.

The plant fair: an ideal seasonal complement

Alongside the flea market, the plant fair attracts amateur gardeners and nature enthusiasts. Nurserymen, horticulturists and passionate individuals offer a fine selection of vegetable plants, annual and perennial flowers, indoor plants, ornamental and fruit shrubs.

The firefighter spirit and conviviality

The organizing firefighters maintain refreshments and food service throughout the day. The traditional grilled package (sausage or merguez) with fries and coffee at €8 is a great success every year.
