On August 15th, the commune of Albiez-Montrond comes alive for its grand Village Fête, an unmissable summer event bringing together locals, holidaymakers and visitors on Place Opinel. This festive day combines a flea market with a varied programme of entertainment for the whole family.

The heart of the celebration revolves around the flea market, set up from 9am on Place Opinel. Exhibitors offer a wide selection of second-hand items: ornaments, vintage clothing, crockery, books, toys, old tools and decorative objects. Pitches are available at €3 per linear metre.

Funfair and family entertainment

The Village Fête goes well beyond the flea market. From 8am, a funfair offers games and stalls. In the afternoon, a pétanque tournament begins at 1:30pm (€10 per team). From 2pm to 6pm, vintage car rides delight classic car enthusiasts.

Evening concert and DJ

The celebrations continue into the evening with a live concert followed by a DJ set. Refreshments and food provided by the local hunters' association offer Savoyard specialities and grilled dishes.
