Saint-Rémy is a commune in the Ain region located in Bresse, a few kilometers from Bourg-en-Bresse. Every year in June, the commune's school restaurant organizes a large-scale car boot sale that attracts hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of visitors.
Up to 300 exhibitors in the heart of the village
The Saint-Rémy car boot sale is one of the largest in the Bresse region. Between 200 and 300 exhibitors, individuals and professionals, set up on the village square and along the road from Saint-Rémy to offer a huge selection of second-hand items. Setup is possible from Saturday evening from 4:30 PM, and Sunday morning from 4:30 AM.
No reservation, first come, first served
No reservation is necessary: pitches are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The rate is 3 euros per linear meter. This simple and accessible formula explains the popular success of the event, which draws bargain hunters from all over the region.
