On Sunday, April 27, 2025, the streets of Jujurieux hosted the Farfouille de l'École Saint Joseph, an annual car boot sale in the heart of this historic village in the Ain valley. Dozens of private sellers set up their stalls around Rue Joseph Bonnet, offering clothes, toys, books, trinkets, and everyday items at low prices.
Parents of students and volunteers mobilized to welcome exhibitors, manage the refreshment stand, and provide food. Visitors could combine bargain hunting with discovering the heritage of Jujurieux, notably the famous Soieries Bonnet, a listed historic monument. The profits were entirely donated to the school to fund students' educational projects.
