Every summer, in August, ESP Pétanque (Entente Sportive Pornichetaine Pétanque) organizes its big annual car boot sale at Bois Joli, 25 rue Flornoy in Pornichet. With between 100 and 200 exhibitors, this event is one of the most important in the seaside resort of the Côte d'Amour. The 6 m² pitches are offered at €15, for a summer day of treasure hunting and conviviality in a wooded and shaded setting.
