Domont's great popular garage sale, a must-see event in southern Val-d'Oise every late September
A town of around 14,000 residents nestled in the Montmorency forest area, Domont is known for its active community life. The highlight of the autumn calendar is the Autumn Fair organised by the Comité des Fêtes de Domont. This large open-air flea market and fair takes over the streets of Bas-Domont, primarily rue Aristide Briand stretching to the Centre Georges Brassens, transforming the neighbourhood into a bustling market for two days.
The event runs over a weekend, allowing vendors to set up at leisure and visitors to return for a second look. Private sellers mix with craftspeople and local producers, creating a lively village-fair atmosphere. Expect to find furniture, clothing for all ages, toys, tools, crockery and collectibles, alongside artisan creations and local food specialties.
Vendor registration is mandatory and opens in June and September. Contact: [email protected] / 07 61 21 78 38.
