Mountain Christmas market at Espace Léon IX in Dabo, in the heart of the Vosges
The Dabo Mountain Christmas Market is a magical event that blends the magic of the mountains with the spirit of Christmas. Organized at Espace Léon IX, it offers local crafts, Christmas decorations, and mountain culinary specialties. Visitors can enjoy pumpkin and chestnut soup cooked over a wood fire, mulled wine, waffles, and crepes, while Santa Claus welcomes the children. The staff are costumed for the occasion.
The Dabo Mountain Christmas Market is one of the most unique Christmas markets in Moselle. At Espace Léon IX, artisans and producers offer Christmas decorations, local crafts, jewelry, wooden items, candles, and original creations. The mountain atmosphere is reflected in the outdoor culinary specialties: pumpkin and chestnut soup cooked over a wood fire, Dagsburger, lumberjack tartine, grilled bacon on a Swedish candle.
Dabo brings a unique touch to its Christmas market. Mulled wine and hot orange juice accompany waffles and crepes. Santa Claus is present to welcome children and pose for photos. The animation team is costumed, creating an immersive atmosphere. At 450 meters altitude, sometimes under the snow, the market offers a truly mountainous setting, far from large urban markets. It is a human-sized, warm, and authentic event.
Dabo Mountain Christmas Market on November 28-29, 2026. Espace Léon IX, crafts and mountain specialties.
