Annual flea market organized by the MJC in the streets of Croismare
For three decades, the small village of Croismare, nestled in the Meurthe-et-Moselle countryside, has hosted its annual grand flea market. This event, which has become a must-attend for bargain hunters in the region, testifies to the associative vitality of this commune of 650 inhabitants. Organized by the MJC of Croismare, this event has managed to renew itself over the years while retaining its authentic and friendly character.
The flea market unfolds along Rue du Général Leclerc, the village's main street, offering a pleasant and shaded treasure hunting route. Between 100 and 200 exhibitors, both individuals and professionals, offer a wide range of items: antique furniture, tableware, toys, books, clothing, tools, trinkets, and curiosities of all kinds. The atmosphere is relaxed, conducive to great discoveries and friendly negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Beyond the flea market, the MJC of Croismare offers various entertainment, including a carousel for children, contributing to the family atmosphere of the day. A refreshment stand and a catering area allow visitors to eat on site and extend this pleasant day of treasure hunting. Restrooms are also available to the public.
Exhibitors can book their spot for 12 euros for 5 linear meters. Setup begins in the early morning hours, before opening to the public at 7 am. Professionals and individuals are welcome for this day which concludes at 5:30 pm.
