Every autumn, the Allées Aristide-Briand in central Corbeil-Essonnes host the Brocante-Vide-Grenier d'Automne. Between 100 and 200 private and professional sellers fill this iconic tree-lined street, steps from the Seine-Essonne confluence. Open 6:30 am to 6 pm, free entry.

Corbeil-Essonnes is an Essonne city of around 48,000 inhabitants, a former industrial centre now a major urban hub in southern Île-de-France. Situated at the confluence of the Seine and Essonne rivers, it has a rich history linked to milling, paper-making and industry. Its medieval château, its historic thermal power station — long an industrial landmark before its demolition — and its landscaped riverbanks make it a city of character.
Served by RER D (35 minutes from Paris-Gare-de-Lyon) and by TICE buses, Corbeil-Essonnes is well-connected to the rest of the Grand Paris Sud agglomeration.

The tree-lined Allées Aristide-Briand are one of Corbeil-Essonnes's most lively thoroughfares. Each autumn they host the Brocante-Vide-Grenier d'Automne, complementing the spring edition. Between 100 and 200 sellers — private individuals and professionals — offer furniture, art objects, clothes, books, vinyl records and all manner of second-hand goods from 6:30 am to 6 pm. Free entry for visitors.
