Every July 14th, the La Vergne water body in Bussière-Dunoise transforms into a vast festive space combining a commercial fair, a producers market, and a car boot sale. From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., visitors stroll among the flea market stalls, the stalls of local producers, and artisans, in a green setting on the edge of the communal water body.

The producers market showcases the riches of the Creuse region: cheeses, cured meats, honey, jams, and farm products are found alongside stalls of local artisans. The commercial fair complements the offer with a selection of merchants and exhibitors presenting their products and services. The car boot sale, meanwhile, attracts bargain hunters looking for furniture, trinkets, tableware, and various second-hand items.

Entertainment and conviviality for the whole family

Free carriage rides delight young and old alike, while children's entertainment keeps the younger ones busy throughout the day. The barbecue and food trucks provide lunch, and the refreshment stand accompanies visitors from morning to evening. A free concert concludes this festive day with music.
