The great Vexin flea market around Cléry's historic church
Cléry-en-Vexin (95420) has earned its place among the great flea market events of Val-d'Oise. Every late June, the Comité des Fêtes - Foyer Rural (CFFR) deploys its well-oiled organisation to welcome between 100 and 200 private sellers in the village streets, from the town hall to the old church and along the rue de la Fontaine d'Ascot. The event draws visitors and treasure hunters from across the Vexin français and beyond.
Reserved for private sellers only, the Cléry flea market guarantees an authentic atmosphere and genuine discoveries. Sellers — who must register before 21 June — offer a wide variety of objects: antique furniture, crockery, clothing, trinkets, books and all the curiosities typically found in Vexin attics. The event runs from 8am to 5:30pm, with sellers setting up from 5:30am. A complimentary coffee is offered to sellers at opening.
The CFFR ensures a comfortable experience: food, drinks, toilets and parking are all provided. Free entry for visitors. Seller fee: €18 for 3 metres, €15 per additional 3-metre segment. The Cléry flea market has attracted over 160 sellers in its best editions.
