The 2025 edition of the Ferrières-Saint-Mary car boot sale was held on Sunday, April 27th on the pétanque ground. Private sellers offered their second-hand items to bargain hunters in the setting of the upper Alagnon valley, at the foot of the historical heritage of this Cantal commune.

On Sunday, April 27, 2025, the pétanque ground of Ferrières-Saint-Mary hosted the commune's annual car boot sale. Private sellers set up their stalls to offer trinkets, crockery, clothes, toys, books, and various items to bargain hunters from the upper Alagnon valley and the surrounding areas of Saint-Flour.
Visitors took advantage of this April day to hunt for treasures outdoors in a remarkable natural setting, between the Alagnon alluvial forest and the Planèze hills. The friendly atmosphere and the historical heritage of Ferrières-Saint-Mary — the Saint-Mary-le-Cros church, a listed historic monument, and the hermitage of Saint Mary — added to the charm of this spring event.
