In September 2025, the hamlet of Les Boiroux in Arsac-en-Velay hosted its annual car boot sale, organized by the Association du Village des Boiroux. As every year, pitches were free and without reservation, which encouraged good participation from individuals coming to clear out their attics and offer their items.

The tripe tasting, accompanied by drinks served by the association's volunteers, added a typically Auvergnat gastronomic touch to this hamlet event. Visitors from the Velay plateau and the Le Puy-en-Velay agglomeration mingled with locals for this day of bargain hunting and conviviality.
