The 18th Strawberry and Flowers Festival of Vergt was held on Sunday, May 18, 2025, in the town center. The car boot sale accompanied this festive day alongside the strawberry market, the flower market, the gourmet market, the exhibition of the giant tart, the workshops of the hotel school, the exhibition of vintage vehicles, and the competitions of Poitou mules and draft horses.

On Sunday, May 18, 2025, Vergt celebrated the 18th edition of its Strawberry and Flowers Festival. The car boot sale, set up in the town center, attracted many bargain hunters who came to combine the search for good deals with discovering stands of Périgord strawberries, flowers, and gourmet products.
The day was enlivened by the exhibition of the giant tart, culinary workshops from the hotel school, the exhibition of vintage vehicles, competitions of Poitou mules and draft horses, carousels and workshops for children, as well as an exhibition of paintings by the AVEC workshop at the town hall. Food trucks provided catering in all the town's squares.
The Strawberry and Flowers Festival will return in May 2026 in Vergt for a new edition.
