Edition Juin 2025 — Car boot sale Simiane-Collongue
The 2025 edition of the Simiane-Collongue Car Boot Sale took place on June 1st on Place Le-Sévigné, in the heart of this Provencal village nestled at the foot of the Étoile mountain range. Organized by the association 4 Pattes Sur Mon Cœur, this bargain hunting day brought together a hundred private sellers and many visitors from the areas around Aix-en-Provence and Marseille. Under the Provencal sun, bargain hunters could stroll between the stalls while enjoying the exceptional heritage setting of the village, with its 13th-century Clock Tower and its Château de Simiane, now the town hall.

On June 1, 2025, Place Le-Sévigné in Simiane-Collongue hosted another edition of its annual car boot sale, organized by the association 4 Pattes Sur Mon Cœur. From 6 a.m., sellers set up their stalls in the village square, offering visitors a wide variety of items: Provencal crockery and ceramics, old and new books, clothing for the whole family, toys, decorative trinkets, small furniture, and various tools.
The setting of Simiane-Collongue added to the charm of this edition. Dominated by the Clock Tower, a former pentagonal watchtower from the 13th century, the village offers an authentically Provencal atmosphere with its shaded alleys and stone squares. Visitors could extend their morning of bargain hunting by discovering the Château de Simiane, the last Ancien Régime country house built in Provence, or the Saint-Pierre Church with its seven historical monuments.
The warm and family-friendly atmosphere that characterizes this car boot sale confirmed its place in the associative and convivial life of this village of 5,800 inhabitants, the gateway to the hiking trails of the Étoile mountain range and the Pilon du Roi.
