The village car boot sale of Saubion between Dax and the coast
The Saubion festival committee organizes an annual car boot sale that brings together the inhabitants of this village and neighboring towns. Saubion, a small commune of about 1,300 inhabitants in the canton of Soustons, benefits from a privileged geographical location between the Landes coast and the hinterland, which ensures varied attendance at its events.
The car boot sale offers two types of pitches to suit everyone's desires and budget. Indoors, the 2-meter tables are provided and offered at 8 euros. Outdoors, the pitches are more accessible at 3 euros. This double formula allows visitors to hunt for treasures both indoors, sheltered, and outdoors if the weather permits.
Saubion is a typical village in the southern Landes, halfway between Soustons and the A63 motorway. The festival committee enlivens the commune throughout the year: summer patronal festivals, concerts, markets, and of course the car boot sale. This dynamic associative life contributes to making Saubion a pleasant village to live in and where events regularly bring residents together.
